My name is Alli Young, Tech Founder, ex-Google leader and Career Coach. I created The Forem because I realized, through years of navigating all types of corporate structures, that getting seen and recognized for one’s work doesn’t automatically happen.
And hard-working and talented employees (like you) haven’t been taught how to navigate large political organizations and are too busy with today’s deliverable to prioritize tomorrow’s career trajectory.
