Katie took a unique journey to becoming a leadership consultant. Prior to becoming a coach, Katie worked in derivative sales,
culminating in a career on Wall Street as a top-producing sales person at the boutique institutional trading firm, Miller Tabak. She
began working as an assistant at Goldman Sachs in London making a rare transition overseas to the New York office.
Throughout her career, she has experienced constant advancement and she accomplished this without a formal pathway or a college degree. She is a testament to seeing and seizing opportunity and honing key skills such as listening, problem solving and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Having experienced significant Wall Street success, Katie took time off to have two children and has returned to the marketplace as a Leadership Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach. One of Katie’s areas of expertise draws upon her entrepreneurial background, and she enjoys helping businesses create opportunities for growth.
